How to install the Xolido signing component – ​​Windows operating system

To perform electronic signatures from the browser, it is necessary to install a plugin for Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge and Firefox, as well as the signing component for Windows.

STEP 1: EXTENSION OR PLUGIN INSTALLATION

To access the component download, go to: 
https://demo.xolidosign.com/ayuda

1. The first screen displays the status of the signing component.
If the component is not installed, a message appears indicating “Component NOT installed”.

2. Click the “Install extension” button.
A new window will open; click the “Add to Chrome” button and confirm the installation of the plugin.

3. The browser will ask if you wish to install "XolidoSign Chrome Communication Component"; click "Add extension".

4. The browser notifies that the extension installation has been completed.

 

 

 

STEP 2. COMPONENT INSTALLATION

1. Return to the screen from step 1 (previous) and click on "Install component".
Once downloaded, the browser will display a notification; click the arrow and then click the file to run it.

2. Follow the instructions for the final installation.

 

 

 

 

INSTALLATION VERIFICATION

Once the installation process is complete, refresh the page. A message will appear indicating that the component has been installed successfully.

STEP 2: COMPONENT INSTALLATION

1. Return to the screen from step 1 (the previous one) and click "Install". Once the download is complete, the browser will notify you; click the arrow and then click the file to run it.
