New functionality in Xolido®Sign Corporate

"Require document"

 

It allows you to send the recipient a form asking for a series of data to be filled in. Once completed, the recipient will generate the document and complete his or her participation by carrying out the operation requested by the sender, which may be: signature, approval, etc.

 

The Model 145 has recently been created (IRPF. Deductions on income from work. Communication of data to the payer), to request this data from the employee digitally.

Steps:
1. Require document.

3. Select recipients (remember that you can create a list of all the recipients to whom you want to send the template).

5. Write a subject and message for the email (optional) and send.

Follow the status of each application step by step through "My requests".

As the recipients complete the sent operation, "Documents" will appear in their inbox.
