New mail template
We renew the design of the e-mail that is sent to the recipient, to require him to perform the operation that is requested.
We have incorporated a more attractive and friendly image that improves the user experience.
It is up to you to choose either the classic or the modern template.
You can set your template from the administration area. Configuration > E-mail options > Template for sending documents.
Sender Entities
Sender entities are a set of data used to identify the sender of emails.
The standard sender entity in XolidoSign Corporate, is the owner of the service registered on the platform.
However, sometimes, either for professional or business reasons or other causes, it may be useful that the sender of the email is somebody else.
Use cases: corporate groups, joint venture, law firms, etc.
If you want to register the Sending Entities go to the Administration Area > Sending Entities.
Setting up sending entities for users
You can set a default sending entity to the user and give him the possibility to select sending entities when sending.
Set it from the Administration Area to:
Users > select or add user > Email options

- Stricter parameters in order to reinforce security.
- Configure and automate your operation circuits.
- Consult the new manual for SOAP integrators in the administration area in the Manuals section.
