Create and save your usual circuits of operations
If you periodically have to perform a circuit with the same operations and recipients, create circuit templates to be used when needed.
Saving a circuit as "usual" will allow you to use it without having to configure the circuit each time, which saves time and reduces possible errors and improves the quality of service.
Functioning
Step by Step Guide:
1. Configure the circuit as usual.
2. Click on "Save as usual circuit" and save the circuit.
Activate "Add to my usual circuits" and fill in the name under which you want to save the circuit and click on the "Save without sending" button.
How to create and use usual circuits
!!Suggestion
By default, when the circuit is saved, the e-mail is saved with the extension "validar@", which makes it necessary to check the e-mail before sending.
If you wish to preserve the email address as entered, once the circuit has been saved as usual, click on "Participants" and in the email field click on the green padlock "Preserve email address", the padlock will change to red. To keep the change you must save the circuit again.
