Sending Entities
By default, in XolidoSign Corporate the sender of the mailings is the owner of the service.
However, on certain occasions, either for professional, business or other reasons, it may be useful that the sender of the email is another.
Use cases: company groups, joint ventures, law firms, etc.
Through the "Sender Entities" functionality, XolidoSign Corporate allows you to customize the sender of the mailings.
Data of the Sender of the shipment, customizable through the "Sender Entities".
By default, the Sender Entity will be the Service Holder.
Sender entities for internal users (work accounts)
An internal user (work account) can be assigned a Sender Entity so that the shipments made by that user are made with that Sender by default, or can be assigned all Sender Entities so that you can choose the Sender Entity for each shipment.
Ideal functionality for groups of companies, UTEs, etc.
