Automates the management of Model 145

Model 145 is a tax form through which the employee informs the payer (company, self-employed with dependent employees, etc.) of his family and personal situation so that the company can calculate the withholding percentage to be applied to his paycheck.

When should the Form 145 be completed?

There are 3 moments in which the employee must present it:

  • At the beginning of the year: To collect the variations that the employee has had on his/her family and personal situation.
  • At the start of the employment relationship with a company: To correctly apply the deduction percentage in the employee's payroll.
  • Due to a change in the employee's family and personal situation: this change may lead to an increase or decrease in the deduction percentage to be applied to the payroll.

How to file Form 145?

The Model 145 must be presented as we have said before to the payer, that is to say, to the company or the professional who pays the payroll to the employee.

Therefore, whether you are self-employed, professional or company and you have workers in your charge, you must send the Form 145 to your employees so that they communicate you their data and be able to apply the corresponding percentage of income tax in their payroll.

Massively send the Model 145

To send in bulk, just follow the steps below:

  • Access your platform and click on the "Require document" menu.
  • Select the template "Modelo 145 Retenciones IRPF". You can also associate it to a circuit when the document is completed and generated by the employee, for example, for signature by the company.
  • Select the recipients, to send massively to all our employees, select the option "list" and the list of employees (if you do not have a list of employees you can create it previously).
  • Filled in the data of this step, we write the message that will arrive by email and click "Send".

In this way, the mass mailing will be sent to all the company's employees and the company will also be able to track the status of the mailings, whether they have generated the document, whether they have signed it, etc.
