Free online seminar for SMEs, freelancers and entrepreneurs, which aims to address everything they need to know about the electronic signature that will allow them to understand the basic concepts: from its definition and types, to its legal framework, as well as learning to use the electronic signature in different areas.

In this webinar we will see in a simple and practical way what the electronic signature is, what it is used for in our work environment and how we can get the most out of it by applying it to our administrative procedures.

We will also address the legal scope of the electronic signature and we will learn the differences and the legal scope between an electronic signature, an advanced electronic signature and a qualified electronic signature.

Another important topic we will deal with will be the "electronic evidences". The electronic evidence will give us more guarantees of the whole process. Whether it is for example a signature, a notification or any other process.
