Personalization Module *
XolidoSign Corporate adapts to your needs.
If you require specific functionality to adapt XolidoSign Corporate to your procedures, the Personalization Module allows you to carry out custom developments and tailor the Service to your needs.
The Personalization Module has grown and has NEW features:
New features
Request document by batch
Allows you to request multiple recipients at once to complete a form.
Each recipient will fill out their own template, which can be customized for each person, and a PDF document will be generated which, if requested, can be signed by the recipient.
Allows you to add a header and footer with your organization's corporate identity (logo, colors, menus, links, etc.) by inserting HTML code and CSS styles.
Configure it from the Administration > Settings > Customization area.
Allows you to customize the template for email deliveries, subject to review and validation by Xolido for compliance with the Certified Electronic Communications service.
* In order to carry out custom developments and personalization of the Service, as well as to assist in the configuration of the functionalities described, the Customer must contract the Technical Support hours established by Xolido for their completion, in accordance with the rates in force at any given time.
