Evidence reports

New space for evidence reports.

All document reports available in one space.

Evidence reports that have been generated are collected, both document and operation reports.

In addition, for each document you can see all the available reports and you can generate new reports.

The possible reports are:

  • Document report.
  • External operation reports.
  • Internal operation reports.
  • E-mail reports.
  • Form request reports.

From the public area: My Resources > Evidence reports > Document tab.

From the administration area: Documents > Document tab > Reports.

Evidence reports
Automatic or manual report generation.
  • Automatically at the end of the operation. The operation evidence report is generated automatically after the requested operation has been performed.

Configure it in the administration area: Configuration > Evidence reports.

Evidence reports
  • Manually before or after each operation.

The reports are generated at the moment the user requests them.

From the administration area: Documents > Document tab > Reports.

From the public area: My Resources > Evidence reports > Document tab.
