Comments in the document tab

This field allows you to enter comments in the form of free text.

These comments can be viewed by internal users of the service (not external) with access to the document, who can also add comments at any time.

Each user can delete his or her own comments.

To know that a document has comments, a balloon will appear in the document list next to the document name indicating that it has comments.
