Check over

This "option Check over" is checked and unchecked with a click and only indicates to the user that the document is pending review.

Clicking on it turns green indicating that the document should be reviewed. If clicked again, it is unchecked.

This is only for the user and has no effect on the document. It does have an effect on batch operations. If a number of documents are marked for batch signing, the ones that are marked for review will not be signed.
