Dashboard of consumption and resources used

It offers in a visual and easy to read way all the data about the resources used in the Platform.

In addition to the operations consumed, the number of signatures, notifications and space, information is provided on the operations of internal users, external users and SOAP users.

This section shows information about the resources used in XolidoSign Corporate.

The information is divided into 4 sections:

• Active contract
• Internal users
• External users
• SOAP users

For each section, information is shown divided by months with the option to download it in csv format.

"Active contract"

It reflects both the information of the resources contracted and the resources consumed, observing at a glance the status of the service.

In addition, it shows the operations performed monthly both globally and by internal and external users.

"Internal users"

Displays a summary of the operations performed monthly by internal users. In addition, you can also download information on the number of operations performed by each internal user in a time interval, in csv or json format.

"External users".

Displays a summary of operations performed by third parties. In this case, the information is broken down by month according to the type of operation performed.

"SOAP users"

Displays a summary of the operations performed by each SOAP user, broken down by month.

The Consumption option can be consulted from the Administration > Consumption area.
