1. Access the "Notify" section.
In the menu on the left, click “Notify”.
2. Select the document(s) you wish to notify.
You can select one or several documents.
They will be placed in the "My selection" section.
Then click “Continue”.
3. Add the recipient(s) of the notification. To do this, select the user (external, contact, list) in the “Add participant” drop-down list.
You can select multiple recipients.
4. Fill in the recipient(s) information (VAT number, required authentication, email).
In order to access the sent documents, the recipient must authenticate himself/herself according to the type of authentication configured here (with electronic certificate, free access, with unique access PIN).
Click on “Next”.
5. Fill in the information of the email that the recipient(s) will receive (Subject, text of the notification email and text of the notification).
*This information is not mandatory, but may be useful to recipients.
6. Finally, click "Send".
