For Windows 10, the application asks me for .NET Framework 2. How can I enable it to install and run XolidoSign?

.NET Framework is a common base which provides functionality for many applications can run in Windows.

The Windows 10 operating system incorporates the .NET Framework 4 installed and enabled by default. To run XolidoSign you must also enable the .NET Framework 3.5 (which itself already includes version 2.0).

You can enable .NET Framework 3.5 through the Control Panel. This option requires that you have Internet connection.

  1. Press the Windows key on the keyboard and type "Windows Features" and press the "Enter" key. Alternatively, open the Windows Control Panel, click the "Programs" item and then choose "Turn Windows features on or off" on Programs and Features.

  2. The dialog box, windows features on or off, opens.

  3. Select the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 box (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0), click OK and restart your computer if prompted.

Once enabled .NET Framework 3.5, you can install and run XolidoSign on your desktop.
